새로운 Responder object를 작성합니다. Responder object를 NetConnection.call() 에 건네주어, 서버로부터의 반환값을 처리합니다. 다른 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두의 Parameters에 null 를 건네줄 수가 있습니다.

Parameters
result:Function — 서버의 호출이 성공해 결과가 돌려주어졌을 경우에 불려 가는 함수입니다.
 
status:Function (default = null) — 서버가 에러를 돌려주었을 때에 불려 가는 함수입니다.
